We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so.

2. What data we process

  • Identification and contact data – first name, surname, email, possibly billing address.
  • Order and payment data – product purchased, price, date and payment status. We do not see card numbers; they are processed by the payment gateway.
  • Communication – the content of messages you send us.
  • Technical data – IP address, device and browser type, cookie data (necessary cookies always, others only with your consent).

3. Why we process data and for how long

4. Who we share data with

We only share data with processors who help us run the business: the payment gateway provider (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), sales and email system providers, website hosting, our accountant and – only with your consent – providers of analytics and marketing tools. We do not sell your data.

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area – always only with appropriate safeguards (a European Commission adequacy decision, e.g. the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses).

5. Your rights

  • right of access to your data and to rectification,
  • right to erasure and to restriction of processing,
  • right to data portability,
  • right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
  • right to withdraw consent at any time – for cookies simply in the ,
  • right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

6. Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies (e.g. browser storage) store a small amount of data on your device. We always use necessary cookies; other categories only after you consent. Third-party analytics and marketing tools only run after consent is given.
